Jim Dick is a self taught artist who has been painting for over 40 years. He is known for his realistic landscapes that capture a 'sense of place', capturing and evoking the emotional impact of the 'place' through use of composition, light, value, color and brushwork.
Jeffrey Craven is an accomplished artist that has many accomplishments such as the American Indian and Cowboy Artists Association and multiple selections into the Arts for the Parks Top 100, the first of which hung in the Great Hall of the Smithsonian.
Karen Bonnie is a new artist here at A. Banks Gallery and we are delighted to be featuring her work. Karen is a well known equestrian artist from Colorado.
Paul Waldum developed an appreciation for nature as a young boy while he hiked and climbed the mountains near his home of Livingston, Montana. The memories of those adventures, he recalls, left lasting sketches on his mind. “Nature’s elements,” he describes, “are driving forces in producing my artwork.”
Bill Mittag's paintings primarily show the passage and life of man through the landscape. "It is my intent to create the feeling of "being there". -Bill Mittag
